the staff were wonderful and friendly. in-room facilities were great, i found everything i needed. breakfast included local ingredients and it tasted great. the available pool was a nice addition to the stay.

the air conditioning unit in my room had issues (even after moving rooms several times). the tv also had some problems. i eventually gave up trying to resolve the issues. the windows also seemed to have some problems.

wonderful surprise near the airport

the hotel location was ideal for my short stay close to the airport. the rooms were very clean, comfortable plus well-appointed with nice furniture. the staff was also friendly plus helpful, i felt very welcome upon arrival. helen's warm personality was a highlight of my stay.

the corridor outside our room had some room service trays with used dishes. there were also bottles of water left outside rooms.

the hotel has a convenient position near the airport it offered easy access for my travel plans. the bus stop is close this allows quick trips to the city center. i found it very useful for exploring local sites without a car.

i had a chance to enjoy dining it provided satisfying options. there was a wide choice of buffet items available during breakfast. catering during the event was good i found service was efficient.

the staff interactions were excellent with warm and cute employees. helen gibson was friendly she provided very attentive service. mandy and sean on night duty were lovely providing helpful assistance.

my room was superb plus very spacious with a large bed. i noticed new furnishings as well as lovely furniture. the room included complimentary water plus refreshments it was very convenient. air conditioning worked very well in the room.
